A grey day

Rain off and on

With trees swaying in the wind

A grey sky with dark clouds overhead

Yet not a grey day in my eyes

When it is a day God showers the earth and us with blessings

The blessing of a day

The blessing of water

To begin the end of this drought

To experience the cleansing that comes

For the drought of all grey days

And know that all blessings come only from Him

Sometimes, in the form of black clouds
